Teacher assistant for Digital Design course

Various positions within the same team. Responsibilities include:- Maintain some of MTNI end-user products/services in including:       -MyIrancell app (self-care app for MTNI customers)       - OLR (website for purchasing SIM cards online)       - Tariff and package advisor- Work with different back-end support teams such as Ericsson, Tecnotree, Comviva and 6d Technologies to deliver new services and to make sure the systems are working as desired frommarketing point of view. (i.e. the implemented logic is exactly based on our requested specificationsand there won't be revenue leakage if customers start using the service)- Managing system notifications that end-users receive based on different events or usagebehaviors. (e.g. ending a call, sending an SMS, going under a certain amount of balance, etc.)- Handling MTNI VAS services from marketing side with a pinch of technical viewpoint- Acting as the contact point between MTNI marketing and technical support teams, including for different VAS products (Vitrin, MNS (Mobile Newspaper) and RBT (RingBack Tone)- Handling, helping and supporting VAS content/service provider companies to achieve to theirtargeted result (both revenue-wise and technical-wise)- Test and implement MTNI promotions and seasonal campaigns- Design promotions to increase customers' loyalty to the network and/or increasing the usage- Measure and control the number of churned customers and trying to get them back on the network

- Acting as an IT help desk for third party companies and customers (supporting them for any ITrelated needs & problems)- Installing & configuring Citrix Metaframe XP for accessing application servers remotely- Worked a bit on migrating servers from physical to virtual machines (Vmware ESX products)
