He currently serves as the Director of Acquisition and an Equity Partner in several real estate ventures.From 2013 to 2015, Biton was a Senior Acquisition Analyst at Invitation Homes (Owned by Blackstone New York, the largest private equity fund in the world) where he underwrote thousands of deals over a few years, resulting in the purchase of over 5000 homes valued at more than 1 billion dollars.As the Vice President of Development & Acquisitions at Golden Builders (2010-2013), Mr. Biton secured distressed assets, obtained approvals, led construction and sales teams for single family home portfolios in Broward and Dade counties.Mr. Biton is an expert in REO and distressed properties, working with both local and foreign investors. During the 2010 crisis, Mr. Biton sold over 100 distressed condos throughout South Florida to various investors.Mr. Biton is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Florida and a Member of the Greater Fort Lauderdale Real Estate Board.
