•More than 40 years of experience in manufacturing, quality assurance, inspection and project management in Aircraft and Aerospace industries.•Knowledge of mechanical process such as machining, milling and grinding as well as inspection as per models/drawings and part list requirements by using standard measurement tools ,inspection tools , jigs and CMM machine.•Know-how of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers ASME Y14.5M -1994 "Dimension and tolerancing".•Experience in production and inspection of primary parts, subassemblies and assemblies of civil and military aircrafts such as landing gear, hydraulic units, flight control systems, gears, aircraft structure and other aircraft mechanical units.•Knowledge of quality assurance, safety and environmental standard such as AS9100/ISO 9001:2008 "Quality Management Systems requirements for Aviation, Space and Defense organizations". , AS9102 – "First Article Inspection", OHSAS 18001,, ISO 14001• Ability to perform system audit according to AS9101.•Ability to perform product audit as per customer blueprints and manufacturer production files.•Ability to perform Gap analysis audit and system audit against customer requirement.•Consulting FAA regulations and EASA regulations. •Experience with detection root cause, performing immediate corrective action as well as long term corrective action to prevent recurring of the nonconformance/ defect.•Knowledge of special process such as Anodizing, Bonding, Chem film, Etching, Heat treatment, Plating, Painting, Sealant, layup composites and Non distractive testing.•Know-how of NADCAP accreditations process.•Consultation and preparation of production organizations to AS9100/ISO9001:2008, OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001 and NADCAP accreditation including preparation of Quality Manual, Quality Assurance procedures, forms and tags and training.• Knowledge of statistical technique such as SPC and Sampling inspection.
