• Installation and Configuration of ASTERISK for Voice and VoIP (SIP, H323, T38) tests
• Installation, debugging, monitoring and writing bash scripts in Linux OS (CentOS, Debian, Ubuntu) and Unix OS (FreeBSD)
• Building setups for Data/Voice/VoIP tests using IXIA
• Assimilation, debugging and testing of new features (BGP, OSPF, MPLS, PPP, AAA, LACP)
• Troubleshooting and Debugging complicated bugs.

• Providing support and network maintenance in “ARROW” national project at ELBIT (OSPF, multicast, routers, switches and FWs)
• Planning, defining and establishing multidisciplinary communication solution at REFAEL for IDF including wired and wireless communication technology (WiMAX, LTE, OSPF, multicast, AAA)
• Performing DEMO’s for local and international customers
• Performing POCs with different vendors’ devices including routers, switches, LDAP,DHCP and AAA servers
• Writing tests for REFAEL on QC (tool by HP) and performing indoor and outdoor tests

• Managing and leading projects, trials, beta activities and POC including integration, conducting KPI tests
• Acting as the last point of escalation before R&D and PM.
• Acting as a main interface for technical projects and ongoing issues.
• Performing “on job training” to customers, pre-sales and CS domestically and abroad.
• Working closely with R&D/QA/PM on new features/software versions/problems
• Supporting and advising site field engineers, Pre-sales and Project-Managers, Professional Services and Account managers

• Integration of Alvarion and third party systems into and end-to-end solution
• Representing Alvarion on IOT tests (PlugFest) and Demos
• Performing tests according to TP on multi-disciplinary system (RF 802.16d/e, Networking, MGMT) and using different testing tools (Wireshark sniffer,IXIA, IPERF)
• Writing TP and IOT TP and examine third party TP (off shoring) documents Performing tests of main features in the product (QoS, Handoff)
• Performing load, functionality, sanity and regression tests

• Managing 12 workers in back office support for technicians and other technical departments
• Providing first line support to the company’s Internet customers
• Providing technical support to users, network administrators, costumer managers and field technician
• Working with multiple departments within the company during critical network faults
• Defining and monitoring CPEs in costumer realm (DSL, ATM)
