* Manage and oversee accounting/bookkeeping team* Establish internal work processes for financial department and continually monitor performance* Develop current and future growth opportunities including new ventures, partnerships, and capital investments.* Oversees monthly P&L reports, variance analysis of budget vs. actual, cash flow forecasts, and other relevant reports.* Communicate risk policies and processes for an organization.

* Manage & monitor project processes including procurement, invoicing, payments, and other cross- functional tasks.* Ensure compliance with taxes, accounting standards, regulations, and internal financial controls

* Provide analysis, management reporting, planning, and accounting support to our growing business* Prepare balance sheets and profit and loss statements, and other financial reports
