From early childhood I grew up with the maxim “limits only exist in your mind” and while I succeeded in making that maxim a reality for myself, the real test was to make it a reality for others and to turn limitless visions into practical realities.From everyday routines to complex problems I am always looking to see - how can it be better, more efficient, more practical?Over the years I developed a rare blend of creative artistic talent and engineering, management skills which helped me not only think up creative solutions but also manage their practical implementation. Later on I gained the skills of managing financial budgets, people and teams to inspire and motivate them to go beyond their minds limits and achieve what they thought impossible.Throughout, my passion has always been for education and I have applied my knowledge and skills over the years to help improve the process not only for educators and students but also between users and technology and between business, development and QA.I would summarize my experience over the years as:-Ownership of technology projects from concept to sales-Extensive experience in Internet-platform development in an Agile environment.-Technically intuitive with proven ability to integrate out-of-the-box thinking and problem-solving analysis to improve processes, systems and methodologies-Ability to lead and manage R&D, QA and UX, UI managers and design teams.-Experience writing specs, business plans, budgets, patent applications-Software support management experience & managing offshore outsourcing-Managing company finances, accounting and employees salaries-Mentoring, employee career development and employee retention-Experience with 3D design, animations and scripting -AI prompting in Midjourney and ChatGPT- Creating and managing productivity pipelines-Design of company branding materials (logos, pamphlets, posters, booklets etc)As you can see the above skill set is diverse, both right brain and left brain. There is nothing more satisfying than being able to have the freedom to be totally creative and the skills to turn the creativity into a useful practical reality. My roles have mainly been as a founder and entrepreneur where I have had the freedom to create, lead, manage and implement.I would summarize my key strengths as creativity, vision, problem-solving, UX and UI design, top-level system design, integrity, people skills, research, ability to think and plan strategically about technology and the wider business, leadership and management. :)
