Responsible for product roadmaps, clinical validation, and successful commercialization across Natera's portfolio of innovative diagnostics in oncology, women's health, and organ health.

P&L responsibility, strategic planning and execution for Natera's oncology business, including the breakthrough Signatera MRD product. Reporting to the CEO, and presenting in live quarterly earnings calls with investors. Responsible for oncology product development, medical and scientific affairs, clinical pipeline and evidence development, insurance reimbursement, commercial operations, sales and marketing to both clinical and pharmaceutical customers.Our vision is that cancer patients will get regular Signatera tests to better diagnose and manage their disease, to detect and treat cancer recurrence earlier than ever before, to help assess therapy response, and to reduce unnecessary treatment for those who don't need it.

Led Natera's product roadmap and evidence development strategies for cutting-edge prenatal, cancer, and organ transplant diagnostics. Primary founder of Natera's organ transplant business (Prospera). Built and led multiple functions including product management, marketing, medical affairs, scientific affairs, clinical trials, program management, and portfolio strategy.

Responsible for global marketing, business development, ex-US sales and medical education. Led the growth of Panorama NIPT with the launch of Microdeletions and Horizon carrier screening. Achieved record-breaking volume and revenue growth after our 2013 launch of Panorama.

Driving global adoption of Panorama NIPT in its first year on market, including the partnership with Quest Diagnostics and dozens of international distribution agreements. By the end of 2013, these commercial channels accounted for approximately half of all NIPT volume.

Responsible for building a team and developing ex-US commercial channels and academic collaborations for the full Natera product portfolio, including pre-implantation genetic testing, non-invasive prenatal paternity testing (DTC), and market development for the upcoming launch of Panorama NIPT.

First ex-US sales rep for Natera, building global revenue streams and academic collaborations from scratch.

Supporting the incredibly important mission of Ronald McDonald House Charities: to help families with sick children access the best medical care in the world at Stanford and UCSF, when that care is far away from home.
