• Comparison of Russian and International Codes and Standards to identify GAPs for the Project;
• Development Piping Material Classes (PMC) Philosophy introducing a large extends of Russian standards and codes to enable Russian supply;
• Managing of Russian Market survey in order to confirm vendor’s capability to provide required piping materials as per project technical specifications and with required quantities;
• Development of Pipe Classes Summary and Detailed Piping Classes based on PMC Philosophy;
• Identifying and considering potential cost savings for the Project and their overall impact;

• Engineering and Quality supervision of ZapSib-2 project from the Owner side within Piping Department activities. Area of responsibility - Ethylene Cracking Unit (Linde AG)
• Preparation of input data, the basic principles of the discipline at the RD stage, the requirements for standardization;
• Review and approval of the requirements for the preparation of RD equipment layout and piping developed by EP-contractors;
• Development and implementation of the most cost-effective and feasible solutions for the project;
• Review of the vendor equipment drawings, checking their in accordance with the requirements of the Contract;
• Analysis of the work performed by contractors: scope, technical quality, cost, schedule;

• Engineering and organizational management of the design team, division of function and authority during project work performance, quality control and schedule control;
• Review and approval of main engineering solutions related to designing, manufacturing, assembling, inspecting and testing of process piping;
• Technical evaluation of suppliers' proposals and preparation of expert opinions on selection of the most cost-effective, functional and safe solutions;
• Technical support for project teams, contractors and operators;
• Development of specifications for design, prefabrication, erection, testing and inspection of process piping;

• EPCM Engineering of CO₂ Technology Centre Mongstad (ТСМ) project, M&M projects, Client - Statoil ASA.
• Development of technical specifications for the design, prefabrication, erection and testing of process piping. Working with AVEVA PDMS, Microstation V8, MIPS, SAP R8, AutoCAD;
• Application of ASME B31.3 and Code Cases; NORSOK, ASTM, API, EN standards;
• Definition of critical piping lines and preparation of Critical Line Lists;
• Wall thickness calculation according to Russian and American standards;
• Selection of the most optimal types and locations of pipe supports, including spring hangers and constant effort supports;

• Geodetic control of geometrics of steel structures assemblies, equipment, piping, large structures, package units. Work with Leica Total Station (TPS) geosystem;
• Verification of the geometrical parameters of the basic equipment;
• Position control of components and equipment against design documentation;
• Obtaining an accurate information about the spatial / 3D position of components and equipment; information about the mutual spatial arrangement of old and new equipment, communications and building designs;
• Weighing of large modules, package units weight over 60 - 340 tons; work with Lorenz Messtechnik weighing equipment.
