• Gather insights to translate them into requirements• Set up and supervise photo/video shooting activities across different locations globally • Work closely with the success team to translate customer feedback into features• Negotiate with stakeholders and clients to deliver features within the product roadmap, scope and budget• Write user stories, specs and other documentation• Work with the development, design and success teams for smooth delivery• Support web and content teams in the delivery process
