1) General Data Management in respect of a given Registration Area.2) Maintenance of records of registered voters in each of the polling units under my supervision. Subsequently been implementing CVR exercises efficiently and transparently since 2014 before polls.3) Compilation of update on the registered voters in respect to deaths, change of residence and polling units.4) Supervision of the conduct of free, fair and credible elections in a cluster of polling units in the capacity of a Supervisory Presiding Officer in general elections.5) Accurate maintenance of records of sensitive and non-sensitive materials delivered to the Area Office.6) Technical Support Officer to the Registration Area during the conducts of polls. Charged with the responsibility of ensuring optimum performance of all Smart Card Readers deployed.6) Engagement with the the public through voter education and other forms of sensitization workshops and programmes with my supervisor and other officials from security and orientation agencies.7) Record taking of incidents as regards voter cards in terms of Loss, Omission, Defacement, Correction and Transfer.8) Generation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports on political activities and other engagements within the Local Government Area to the State Headquarters.9) Any other duty as directed by the Commission.
