• Works as a system analyst with key personnel to help define user needs and develop data processing solutions.• Works with the development department in testing and implementing new product features, recommended structures, and throughput. • Analyzes customer-reported problems and reports to appropriate channels problem areas in products. • Solve client's problems by visiting them or over the phone.• Develops and presents training materials for end users .
