- Implement Company’s policies and procedures related to credit and collection.- Check customer’s credit and Approve/Deny Invoices based on company standards and requirements.- Review, Approve or Deny Dealers Monthly Collection Plans, Provisions, Credit Notes, Debit Notes and Write-Offs.- Monitor Review and Analysis Dealers Undelivered Goods, Aging, Contracts and Guarantees.- Responsible for the Credit Scoring Appraisal of existing and potential customers to set Credit Limits, Credit Periods and ensure Credit Worthiness.- Liaising with customers, as well as internal sales team.- Develop the credit control system in collaboration with Sales, Marketing and Finance staff.- Follow Up and Initiate legal action through legal department for recovery of bad debts.- Carrying out business modeling and risk assessments.- Ensures the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and posting transactions on System (including Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, GL).- Process and Follow up Bank Reconciliation.- Assist in calculating and implementing monthly VAT Reports.- Supporting month–end and year end closing process.- Assist with Company Internal and External Audit process.- Maintain a documented data base system record of accounting and credit policies.- Any other tasks given by CFO. - Familiar in Systems like Oracle, EBS, ERP, CX, Sales Force, Epicor & Business Pro.

-- Direct review, approve or recommend retail credit proposals.- Accurate & correct review of all retail credit facilities applications within timely manner.- Act as point of referral for all limit excess and/or after working hours (Credit Card referrals)- Maintain a close working relationship with all concerned departments and staff.- Maintain current NPL/Product percentage.- Same day approval/response on all Retail Credit Facilities applications received.- Any other tasks given by Head of Retail Credit Department.- Hold Delegation Authority to approve advances by QR 350,000 (three hundred & fifty thousand Qatari Riyals).- Courses attended “Retail Banking Credit & Risk, Islamic Banking Instruments & Credit Financial Analysis “.

- Liaise between the Sales Force & Branches, Call Center, Non-Residence Markets, Various central operations & support Dep. of the bank.- Review Credit Dep. Comments on Sales Force operations in inspection reports & follow up to ensure all issues are addressed.- Escalate Cases for approval to Credit Dep., comprehensive understanding of Central Bank Directives & CB product knowledge- Report to Head of Sales any suspicious customer/transactions identified- Follow up on Customers applications till closure.- Provide assistance to Sales Team Leader& their staff in light of CBQ policies, procedures & circulars.- Courses attended “ Effective Presentation Skills, CB Products & Services Awareness, Working Smarter, Time Management, Presentation Sills & Customer Satisfaction “.
