- CCR operation engineer at Siemens Energy O&M, Egypt mega deal Burullus Power Plant 4800 MW (8 GT, 8 HRSG, 4ST, BOP & Auxiliary System).-start up, shut down & operation of all plant associated with the operation during commissioning including the Gas turbine, HRSG, Steam turbine, N2 plant, Water Treatment Plant & cooling towers) from the field and control room via DCS - Respond to plant variances and take necessary actions to maintain a safe operation of the station. - operate the plant from the Control Room DCS to support normal operation, pre-commissioning , hot commissioning process to start-up and hand over. To provide safe Plant Operations in support of the Program / schedule.- Maintain Shift Operation Logs for all operations and report daily to the Operations Lead.- Support all commissioning activities in accordance with the Project Health, Safety, Security and Environmental requirements.

TYPE OF WORK:ATTAQA power plant (4*168 MW) (SIEMENS UNITS) -Testing and commissioning for 6.6 Kv M.V SWGR (EMAS TYPE) included (CT, VT, circuit breakers, MCC, L.V panel).-Testing and commissioning the protection panels include protection relays’ and control panels.-Calibrations of the protection relay (secondary injection using 3 phase device including test for under/overvoltage, oc/ ioc, EF, IEF, Thermal protection, Mechanical jam for motors , over /under frequency and Differential protection) and review all settings- Attaqa 220 KV GIS substation : -Testing and commissioning for 220Kv S/S D01, D02, D03 and D04 included (current transformers- -circuit breakers-disconnected switches-High voltage cables-potential transformers).-Internal wiring check for all local control panels for all diameters.-Mechanical and manual operation check for all circuit breakers, disconnected switches and earthling switches by using GIS special tools.-Testing and commissioning for DC, AC distribution panels and also charger.-Electrical operation and function check for all circuit breakers, disconnected switches and earthling switches for all diameters from local panels and check another time from Remote side (Bay control panel) and again from HMI (SAS). All times with and without interlocking.-Check the interlocking philosophy between all diameter parts (C.B, D.S, and E.S).

 Optical fiber splicing and testing. Solo run and function test of motors. Karam and Assel site with Badr Petroleum Company (BAPETCO) : Insulation resistance testing. Hi-Pot test (measure leakage current) . Low resistance test ( Ductur test) for bus bar , C.B and bus duct. Current transformer tests : Primary injection (ratio and polarity). Magnetization test. Burden test. Voltage transformer tests : Voltage transformation ratio. Polarity. Air Liquide site at EZZ Steel – Ain Sokhna factory : Power transformer tests : Turns ratio . Insulation resistance testing. Coil resistance measuring test. Oil tests. Bochhloz relay function. Thermal Protection function. Voltage transformation ratio. Calibration of the protection relay ( secondary injection using 3 phase deviceincluding test for under/overvoltage , ground fault ,Thermal protection ,under /over current, mechanical jam ,locked rotor and Differentialprotecion) and review all settings. Low resistance test ( Ductur test) for bus bar , C.B and bus duct. Function test for trip unit for C.B . Review all setting (thermal, magnetic) protection for C.B.. Insulation resistance test between bus bars . Check measurement instruments (ammeters, voltmeters,.. ) . Checking the ATS control operation of the system . Review and Tightening for all terminal strips, relays. and control circuits Tightening with the recommended torque for bus bars , incoming andoutgoing cables. Adjust, Clean and Re-lubrication (Electric & Mechanical grease) themechanism of Circuit Breakers and Drawers. Dusting of cell (control, C.B., interconnection & bus bar rooms). Review and Tightening for power cables. Marg station drinking water site : Insulation resistance testing . Hi-Pot test (measure leakage current) .

 Worked at (Fox Power Electronics Company) from (Aug 2012) to (Jan 2013). Design of UPS and battery Chargers. Transformer design. Electrical tests and dry check test.
