As the Satellite Sites Team Lead for the Early Careers Panel at Rolls-Royce, I oversee and support early careers professionals across multiple sites, including Solihull, Inchinnan, Washington, Ansty, and others. I lead a network of site representatives, facilitating communication between locations and the ECP, addressing concerns, and aligning with the broader early careers strategy. Additionally, I manage and run early careers events and inductions, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for new starters, while fostering a positive and supportive environment for all early careers professionals.

I was required to lead a campaign that was focused on raising awareness of the significance of Student mental health. This campaign turned out to be successful as feedback showed that it had a direct impact on young people's mental health. In this role, I learned the importance of leadership and the ability to work in a team under pressure.
