I am working a Sales Account Manager of IT-MANTRAC distribution Company from March 2012 till now.Job description• Manage and handle all the deals between all my customers and our1) Products Managers for the pricing and goods availability2) Accountants for payment currency and methods cash or credit or twice3) Stores for delivery and receiving the goods• Answer all Mails, Mobile calls, Landline calls and redial all missed.• Follow up the open cases with customers to close it with my company daily.• Update my customer's weekly with our promotions or keep theme in touch.• Follow up about the customers that thy have an overdue collections checks and handle it with my collections and accountants team.• Handel the meetings with our partner • Tring to open new cases with my customers and marketing our products & promotions.• Update my customer’s database weekly with our new customers and they new employees with new data for theme and if someone hire the company.

I worked a Technical Support in a service center of IT-MANTRAC distribution Company from November 2007 till March 2012.Job description• Diagnose the hardware problems in (laptops, PCs, Servers).• Describe the problem to our logistic to order the new part.• Replace the new part and make quality check on the machine.• Handling any splitting and merging in our warehouse with seals man and warehouse man.• Training our trainees how solve the hardware and some software problems in (laptops, PCs, Servers).
