Client Relations and Collection Supervisor for 3 Accounts( B Auto Automotive – Sky Finance – Sky Insurance –) Role and Responsibilities" B Auto Automotive " : -• Responding to customer service issues in a timely manner.• Creating effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards.• Developing customer satisfaction goals and coordinating with the team to meet them on a steady basis.• training new customer service agents.• presenting Customer Service reports. Role and Responsibilities" Sky Finance " :-• Managing and follow-up "Collection Team"• Monitoring the performance of the team.• Communicate with the Treasury department to re-submit checks - collecting checks – Rejected checks.• Handling escalated customer complaints• Sending weekly reports to the direct manager• Daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs are met and or exceeded.• Managing the" Tele Sales Team" and assisting junior staff.• Writing sales scripts and customer answer sheets.• Implementing sales strategies.• Communicate with the credit department to follow up on approvals • Setting weekly and monthly sales targets.• Maintaining customer relationships.• Compiling and presenting sales reports.  Role and Responsibilities" Sky Insurance ": -• Managing the" Tele Sales Team" and assisting junior staff.• Writing sales scripts and customer answer sheets.• Setting weekly and monthly sales targets.• Handling escalated customer complaints.• Compiling and presenting sales reports.• Communicate with the Compensation department to follow up on clients checks.

MY RESPONSIBILITY:-Meeting clients and Receiving & Answering customers inquiries and dealing with their complains and Providing appropriate solutions to gain customer satisfaction.Collaborating with the other department to solve customers’ complaints.After sales evaluation to ensure the quality of the service with the customers.Recording the customer complaints on the system till problem.
