• NOC Engineer will perform these tasks using various standard network management tools, and internal ticketing systems.• Liaise and coordinate with other departments, service providers, external vendors, and suppliers on all network-related issues.• Monitor the health of network infrastructure and act upon alert/issue arising. Schedule for network maintenance.• Network alerts must be escalated. • Continuous monitoring improvement.• Monitoring ISP, different network segments, links bandwidth, and ensuring that the customer Internet link from ISP is working properly.
