CurrentCurrently Working as Electrical and instrument manager (EGYPTIAN STEEL CO) from January 2024 in Sokhna plant (MINIMILL DANIELl (MI.DA®)FOR THE PRODUCTION OF 830,000 TPY LIQUIDSTEEL AND 530,000 TPY REBARS). Responsibility Areas:1-Steel Making Plant (SMP)2-Hot Rolling Mill Plant (HRM)3-Electrical Substations 4-Electrical Workshop (EWS) Responsibility:1. Responsible for setting and distributing management objectives, monitoring their implementation, and evaluating the team’s performance2. Discussing the budget and required spare parts in line with the goals of rationalizing consumption while continuing to operate the factory properly. 3. Follow up on the implementation of the agreed upon electricity management budget to ensure its implementation without deviation.4. Monitor the implementation of scheduled preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance and major repairs to increase production and reduce downtime.5. Directing the work team to prepare and give the required technical training inside the factory.6. Organizing the maintenance team’s work schedules and distributing tasks7. Supervising the preparation of fault analysis reports and submitting them to a higher level 8. Take the necessary measures to prevent the recurrence of malfunctions 9. Review the energy reports and ensure that the consumptions in the bill match the values in the energy reports10. Follow up on the performance of equipment in the factory, monitor equipment consumption of spare parts, and ensure that there is a sufficient stock of spare parts in the warehouse.11. Follow up on spare parts and review the alternatives available in the local market to save the budget and hard currency.12. Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards in all maintenance work
