Duties & Responsibilities• Preparing project plan and resources allocation plan at the beginning of the project.• Closing project’s phases and get acceptance from the client.• Prepare progress reports “Weekly, Bi-weekly, Monthly” to be shown to client’s management and steering committee.• Communicating with clients to ensure they are satisfied with the progress of their project• Reviewing the scope of work to ensure that it is consistent with the client’s expectations• Managing the budget and resources throughout the project to ensure that they are used efficiently• Meeting regularly with clients to discuss issues and progress on the project• Providing support to implementation team during the implementation process to ensure that they running on the track and progress is running according to the plan.• Designing the layout of reports or other documents to meet client specifications• Managing the resources of the team to ensure that deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.

• Managing selected Technology-intensive Project “Oracle E-Business Suite” to be implemented in all companies of the group. “30 Companies with different business lines”• Supporting the implementation, using and continuous improvement of processes and tools for Projects’ management; collaborating with other Project Managers and supporting in relevant PM activities• Controlling the Implementation cycle. Collecting and analysing progress / status information, performance metrics, resources‘ allocation, in order to plan and improve implementation performance• Acting, when required, as a Technology-to-Business Liaison, by supporting the management of the overall relationship of the Technology Team to other Business Teams to ensure the provision of excellent services from Technology Team to business• Supporting the project requests from business towards Technology, including request analysis, evaluation, prioritization, implementation planning and monitoring• Accomplishes information technology staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.• Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safe and secure work environment; developing personal growth opportunities.• Maintains organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies.• Directs technological research by studying organization goals, strategies, practices, and user projects.• Completes projects by coordinating resources and timetables with user departments and data center.• Verifies application results by conducting system audits of technologies implemented.• Preserves assets by implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structures.

- Design and network administration by Microsoft Techniques ( Domain controller – DHCP –DNS – ISA)- Responsible for ensuring availability and performance of the databases that support the system;- Work to ensure that the associated hardware resources allocated to the databases and to ensure high resilience and performance tuning ;- To proactively monitor the database systems to ensure secure services with minimum downtime (SQL Server 2000 & 2005 and 2008) ;- Responsible for providing trend analysis to management team to enable them to make informed decisions regarding resource management ;- Responsible for troubleshooting and problem solving of SQL development ;- Responsible for improvement and maintenance of the databases to include rollout and upgrades ;- Responsible for implementation and release of database changes according to agreed timescales and costs ;- Working as a trainer of ERP Solutions and HR Programs ;
