• Act as the contact point/person between the marketing department, product management, and sales teams to ensure the achievement of sales and budget objectives.• Develop, manage, and lead the development of new trade strategies that will result in increased sales profits, reduction of costs, and customer satisfaction.• Collaborates with the Marketing Director and Communication Manager for the ideation, planning & budgeting, production, and implementation of all in-store activities, including point of sales materials and promotions. • Manages the point of sales material (including a budget, logistics, distribution, and assortment…) by finding the most efficient solutions. • Collaborates with product managers and marketing team to build sales promotions and • product communication.• Collaborates with sales teams to turn the “selling stories” into sales tools to effectively present the brands, the products, and the marketing initiatives to their customers • Collaborates with marketing intelligence resources to read and report results of activities and to provide recommendations and forecasts. • Gathers competitive and marketplace intelligence and shares it with the products managers & Communication Manager• Supports Sales teams in the execution of the activities and in achieving their sales and budget objectives while ensuring the desired product benefits and brand values/equity are Properly communicated. • Supports local teams in the execution of their training programs. • Ensures that the marketing & sales team feedback is considered by regularly visiting sales teams, customers, and stores.

Job Responsibilities:• Participate in Sales forecast planning for Water Business products.• Assists the TM Manager in the Sales and Marketing Planning.• Receive annual budget (SKUs) from the consumer marketing and divide it (Monthly, area, cat, seg, sales rep) by channels with the cooperation of the sales managers• Generate product strategy analysis report to determine the market share for each channel & area• Prepare the price list for Water Business for channels & Accounts and control it.• Set a meeting with the sales team to prepare for unplanned events to determine the visibility, promotions, and price.• Prepare the fact sheet for new promotions (Bundle/price off).• Set the depletion plan for certain products in the cooperation with Factory, consumer, Marketing, Sales & Service center.• Review the water Business Budget each month and hold a meeting with the supply chain to review and approve extra orders/ freeze some orders from the suppliers to cover sales in the upcoming months. (As per the recommendation received from the sales).• Support the trade marketing team in issuing accurate reports, presentations & Marketing intelligence.• Supervise the Merchandizing team
