I’m In charge of directing and controlling the activities of the areas of Accounting, Administration, and Finance.I am responsible for the efficient running of TRC's back-office operations, the effective control of its financial, and of administrative systems, in order to contribute to the delivery of the company’s overall flow. To manage the Company’s financial affairs, expenses and payroll together to ensure that the most efficient and effective financial systems and reporting are in place.KEY PERFORMANCE FUNCTIONS:-Prepared financial statements, worksheets, cost allocations, functional expense allocations, adjusting journal entries and necessary schedule and worksheets for annual audit, Annual Report.-Prepare financial statements for CEO.-Effectively interacted with internal and external organizations and teams.- Undertaking & Processing of all admin related tasks.- Conducting stock controls.- Processing of Insurance Claims- Assisting in Accounts Creditors. -Prepare Coding and processing of bank statements.- Creating and capturing information and data schedules on Microsoft Excel- Preparing of financial statements up to Income & outcome statement.- Preparing and Executing filing System- Coordinating meetings with Clients and Management- Supporting and coordination of Financial Budget- Obtaining supplier invoices, processing invoices, and creating files for payment.- Creating tax invoices.- Processing of cash books- Creating of monthly management packs for review.- Conducting full administrative function & tasks.- prepare the payroll function for all wage and salary employees

 Review and confirm monthly, quarterly and annual FeedBack internal financial reports.  Revise accounts receivable and following collection process. Prepare FeedBack Egypt’s management’s monthly reports. Responsible for Fixed assets and depreciation Oversees all relevant accounting functions. Revise accounts receivable and following collection distribution.  Revise accounts payable and organize the payment.  Organize the fixed expense such as rent, electricity, water, telephone, net invoice and expenses for operating. Revise cash keeping and there outstanding and depositing of it.  Prepare the report of finance manager such as :  due of account payable  due of account receivable  due of customer account  Following insurance of working and open the fill to it and make objection action for contract and suppliers orders. Prepare report of cash flow out (expenses) to financing year.
