Attending all site planning, progress, and other appropriate sitemeetings, particularly those where subcontractors are involved. Review the contractor HSE performance by inspection and byacquiring data to provide a means to improve overall HSE standards. To ensure that all new employees have received the basic PPE beforestarting the work and receive the training of welcome induction toexplain the HSE policy & strategy for the new employees. Update and upload documents into electronic data managementsystem as required. Identify risk factors, risk assessment, and safety proposal to beimplemented in the operating environment. Ensure emergency preparedness and familiarity with the plan. Providing support in monitoring coordination of activities relevant tosafety. Maintain internal document management system, registers, files, andrecord. Flexibility to work multiple shifts as workload dictates.
