•HR ( Recruitment - Training - development ) Handling hiring process from A to Z.• Assisting in the process of screening, testing, and selection and interviewing.• Keeping an updated database of current CVs through head hunting & effective referral system.• Work to find the company's training needs and communicate with training centers.• Handling internal courses .•Ensure thorough understanding of all Company’s HR policies and procedures in order to communicate to HR personnel at both sector and business unit level• Ensure that HR Coordinators provide effective and efficient line HR services to all Companies in the Group employees in accordance with approved policies• Arrange regular meetings with HR personnel to communicate all policies and procedures related to HR Services. • Respond to any questions, queries and confusions regarding HR processes developed at the corporate level.• Communicate all changes and amendments in HR policies and procedures to HR personnel and monitor implementation of new changes.• Relay established and validated targets and performance criteria (i.e. Key Performance Indicators) to HR personnel. • Develop calendar for HR services key events and distribute. • Prompt HR personnel prior to key milestone dates and follow-up to ensure timely completion of all tasks • Liaise with HR Group Managers to monitor accuracy and adherence of accepted HR policies and procedures across the organizations, including the correct execution of line HR functions • Conduct periodic normalization surveys to ensure that appraisal forms are completed accurately and that end of year performance scores are correctly calculated by HR Coordinator and Business Unit HR Officers• Ensure maintenance of personnel files and employee records with all related HR information ( HRIS update) across the organization.
