- Ensure a closely survey of the market to design competitive installment programs to fulfill customers’ needs. - Enhance a huge and strong Dealers Network covering full geographic scope and maintain a strong rapport with Auto Suppliers. - Maximize different sales channels to ensure the optimum of market coverage. - Work closely with Top Management to set annual budget and sales forecasts. - Sell “Car Loans” to New Customers to maximize Retail market share / profitability.- Cross sell ‘Car Loans” to Existing Customers to increase Product Penetration- Achieve “Car Loans” Sales targets- Establish & maintain a good working relationship with Car Agencies- Develop opportunities to increase Sales production- Provide frequent feedback to Top Management on the Target accomplishment, detailed activity report & Sales plan.- Process client requests & files & follow up on work progress- Coordinate with concerned departments of the bank to finalize client’s requests & sales process.- Ensure bank Policies & Procedures are followed- Receive, handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner to maintain & increase customer satisfaction
