-Develop and implement short and long range sales and marketing plans on a global basis. -Identify new applications to assure volume growth.-Responsible for representing the product to customers and Develop relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and e-mails, to maintain contact with the customer.-Gather market information to be analyzed trying to find new market channels.-Review reports of sales data, related expenses, advertising and promotional expenses and analyzes variances and initiate corrective action as required.-Develop sales forecasts for the business on a monthly rolling basis through analysis and interpretation of general economics, specific market trends, government legislation, sales data, etc.-Personally visit customers to evaluate performance of sales team, company/customer relationships and promote new products, policies and programs.-Provide input as to new product development, acquisitions, etc.

• To increase sales and pro-actively promote Broadband Connectivity business solutions including technology, products, services to a dedicated customer or customer pool, identifying opportunities and suggest business solutions after identifying and qualifying customer requirements.Identify & qualify the customers’ business needs and related NSN IP&T opportunities in co-operation with CT for the entire BCS portfolio. Match customer needs with NSN BCS products and translate technical solutions to sales argumentation with clear customer value and benefits.Sales support, bid management for BCS bids (as defined in NSN sales process) for opportunities within the CT, including solution selling with proactive value based argumentation and responding to technical parts of tenders, customer presentations, technical customer negotiations, and preparation of solution pricing.Proactively participate in CBT sales & marketing activities and build strong customer relationships with senior levels of customer technical and marketing organisations as agreed with Account Management of the CT

- The maintenance and operation of the MW, Leased line in the Etisalat project.- Support the front office& field maintenance in solving the trouble tickets.- Network management via pnms- Interface with the customer, follow the outage action and support the field engineers.- Perform all hardware needs/changes for proper MW network- Perform database tasks and changing’s.- Perform periodic maintenance procedures and activities - Supervise the installation and use of telecommunications equipment.Devices used: (PDH & SDH NEC Devices) Pasolink v4, NEO, NEO XPIC.Title: Microwave Back office Engineer
