- I am a Human Resources Coordinator, serving as a link between the Human Resources department and the other departments within the organization. I contribute to organizing and managing all activities related to human resources, including recruitment, training, and data management.* I assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews.* I conduct initial interviews for candidates and provide recommendations.* I facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including providing training materials.* I ensure that all required documentation for new employees is completed.* I help identify training needs and organize training programs.* I follow up on the impact of training programs and prepare reports on the results.* I maintain accurate employee records in the human resources information systems.* I prepare periodic reports and analyze data related to human resources.* I support managers and employees in human resources-related issues.* I assist employees with their inquiries and concerns.* I ensure that all policies and procedures align with local laws and regulations.* I assist in preparing compliance documentation and required reports.
