Total project value was 40 million AUD with Musanada.Responsibilities:1.Review, plan, and forecast engineering activities to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of technical and commercial requirements.2.Monitor procurement strategies and processes for materials and consumables to maintain schedule adherence.3.Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for materials quality and testing, supporting compliance with engineering deliverables.4.Manage (RFIs) and Technical Queries (TQs), resolving technical issues efficiently and cost-effectively while keeping the register up to date.5.Review and approve subcontractor work progress, quality, and related invoices and payments.6.Coordinate with stakeholders, including owner representatives, consultants, and laboratories, providing expert advice with strong communication and negotiation skills.7.Ensure adherence to (HSEQ) procedures, managing the closure of Non-Conformance 8.Reports (NCRs) related to non-conformance works.9.Maintain project files and civil tracking registers, uphold company standards for Quality Assurance, and assist in preparing contract documents for road works projects, including technical specifications.Achievements: 1-Negotiated vendors and suppliers to drop prices, which led eventually to a direct cut in expenses.2-Managed the construction of 15000 m2 of slop protection and 2000 m3 of concrete poring.3-Proactively detected a fatal clash between Civil and MEP drawings during domestic roads phase.4-Managed to facilitate an early delivery with satisfactory quality.5-Provided professional training for Junior Site Engineers .
