The company provided mud logging and drilling services for upstream oil and gas companies; our department was responsible for implementing a system comprising a desktop, website and mobile applications for clients to monitor these services. As the developer of the Android mobile application, I created a user-friendly interface that allowed clients to easily access and track the status of their production wells.During my time in this position, I achieved:• Constructed a job to fetch real-time values from the WITSML server using SOAP and XML. Store the retrieved data in a SQLite schema and visually present it in the form of meters and dynamic graphs using the HTML element.• Applied object-oriented programming principles and MVC design to logically structure the application and facilitate reusability & centralized data management.
