· Prepares, review and adjust the monthly analysis · Distributes , Monitors and follow-up daily workload of Regional team to ensure quality work· Prepare, adjust and approve payments to social security as per social insurance tax rules for each category of employees , salaries and nationalities ,then distribute costs among work locations , divisions & regions on monthly basis · Claim , follow up and collect all financial transactions between the company , governmental parties , hospitals and third parties )· Control and manage all claims and deductions related to employees via payroll department inclusive ( tax deductions , social insurance premiums , refunds , sick leave and work accident allowances , HRDF rewards & disability compensations )· Create , implements , follows up and finalizes new or enhanced policies and procedures to Assist the Division management in line with company directions and to keep up with external governmental regulations and new rules· Manpower Management inclusive of recruiting, assignment and evaluations ( limited to the related departments)· Reporting directly to the senior director human resources· Receive and deal with all complaints by employees and Social insurance office · Review and approve the following monthly reports§ Monthly subscriptions and fees for social insurance§ Cost distributions for monthly social insurance payment by each work locations and regions§ Safety reports & Occupational hazards statistics § Monthly work accidents costs and refunds§ Other reports upon management request§ Support all Overseas Branches§ Support and train the accounting team§ Responsible for Three Companies in the Group§ Support the management with any additional requirement§ Prepare year end Adjusting Entries and Declarations with Auditors
