As an Operations Specialist at Trella, a platform that connects shippers and carriers in the Middle East and Africa, I used my problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the transport network. I also gained valuable experience in business development as an intern at Run Agency, a digital marketing firm, in 2020, where I helped create and pitch proposals to potential clients. I have a bachelor's degree in accounting from Mansoura University, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to handle financial and data analysis and proficiency in using spreadsheets for data manipulation and visualization.
