• A new area of adventure where I am now responsible of the operation biggest EPF project in SLB worldwide.• Project Consists of 1 Oil plant and 2 gas plants of total production of 100 KBBL/D oil & 250 MMSCF/Day Gas.• Moving from an upstream experience to a downstream kind of operation.• Managing 200+ employees.• Building the O&M organization from scratch• Responsible for the hiring of the O&M technical team and all the supporting functions (Admins, drivers, etc.)• Building the Staff camp where I have to look after finalizing the contracts for the houses to rent, catering and housekeeping services contracts, furnishing the staff houses to occupy the 200+ employees• Developing a safety training for the O&M team to fit the project safety requirements.• Organize with the HQ to develop a technical training as there is no yet official training within SLB• Develop the process map defining tasks required by everyone of the team during the daily routine.• Creating SWI (Standard Working Instructions) where each tasks is broken down into defined steps to eliminate any human error.• Manage the P&L of the three facility during the O&M phase of the project.

The project was divided into 2 facilities and they had to be executed in the same time and with a short notice we manage to deliver the required equipment and personnel. The EPF was ready in a remarkable time resulted in an appreciation letter from BP due to the excellence of execution.• Work closely with the RSA HQ and BP for a preparation of a well site analysis Job in Jordan were I had to follow up on logistics of equipment from 6 different countries and assigning personnel to do such operation for the 1st time in the Geomarket and successfully had all requirements available in the well site within the time frame given by the client.

• Designing and manufacturing gas stations for factories, Egyptian natural gas network.• Leading a team of 10 technicians for the manufacturing , welding & inspection of the station• Constructing the station in the location• Hot-taping operation to create new tie-in points on live gas pipe lines.
