Conduct in-depth discussions and exchanges with clients to understand their needs, preferences and budgetary constraints in order to define design directions and objectives.Based on the client's needs and project requirements, intermediate designers are responsible for developing initial design concepts and programs that are expressed and presented through hand-drawing or computer software.Develop detailed floor plans and space planning programs, including furniture placement, functional zoning, etc., and ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards.Select appropriate materials, furniture, decorations, etc., and produce samples to demonstrate design effects and ensure compliance with budget requirements.Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to produce detailed technical drawings and construction drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and sections.Communicate and coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure that selected materials and furnishings are delivered on time and installed correctly, and to resolve problems that may arise.Provide on-site supervision during the project implementation phase to ensure proper implementation of the design plan and quality control to ensure the project achieves the desired results.Participate in team management, including assigning tasks, mentoring junior designers, and ensuring projects are completed on time and delivered with high quality.Manage project files and documents, including design drawings, contract documents, budget sheets, etc. to ensure smooth running and documentation of the project
