1.Coordinates with terminal manager for the selection of operation team.2.Issues operation procedure & work instructions and obtains terminal manager and operations manager approvals.3.Trains of operation team on implementing all operation work instructions.4.Coordinates between the daily shifts and follow up the implementation of their tasks.5.Follows up the implementation of required daily and weekly works of the section.6.Implements all operation processes and procedures and completes their related documents.7.Attends & supervises tank's inspections and commissioning (cleaning, insulation valves,..etc)8.Approves measurements of received cargo with surveyor representative through coordinating with terminal manager & operation manager.9.Ensures proper operation instruments commissioning and inspection with maintenance department.10.Ensures that the storage conditions of stored materials are in the line with MSDS for each product.11.Ensures that the safety rules and instructions are implemented during vessels and trucks (loading or discharging) as well as other operations tasks.12.Responsible for the product stock in all tank's.13.Follows up the product stocks with stores section.14.Carries out any assigned task that falls within operational activities in the terminal.

1. Ensures the safety rules and instructions implemented during shift.2. Supervision the operation of Vessels discharging, loading of trucks, tanks measuring and inspection, stock calculation, pipe line pigging and cleaning.3. Ensures proper handling & operating equipment in the terminal.4. Explains to the operation technicians the work instructions of all processes carried inside the department and follows up their work and their commitments.5. Organizes and supervises the work during the shift in a proper and safe way.6. Analyzes and solves any problem that may occur during shift with a suitable action & consults with O.S.H. prior implementing solutions.7. Ensures that materials are stored as per MSDS (Temperature, level, pressure, N2 ….etc) during shift.8. Prepares shift reports.9. Carries out any assigned task that falls within the operational activities of the company.
