 Procurement System - Oracle System Administrator - Maintain & update system reports - Participate in the process of Account payable integration Oracle system with procurement and warehouse Oracle System - Overseeing the Processes of Procurement - Manage the allocation of duties to team members to ensure that all deadlines are met in accordance with agreed service levels- Ensure that the Customs procedures are on line with the free zone laws and the company’s policy Procurement Work.- Supervise & follows up day-to-day operations of Purchasing, track the status of requisitions(PR), RFQ , quotation , PO’s… till the end of the cycle- Managing key suppliers (Negotiating, Handling, and Reconciliation) Such As: - Exxon Mobil, Konecrane, ZPMC, Bromma Spreaders, PRYSMIAN Cables, Terberg, Cummins, CAT, ABB…etc.- Assist staff in identifying and reconciling diverse and conflicting purchasing criteria such as sourcing, price, delivery time , payments procedures and customs procedures - Responsible for handling the Semi-annual Supplier evaluation upon total cost , quality , delivery performance , customer service and payment facilities - Prepare Tender Documents and follow the financial and technical evaluation in accordance with the company policy to award the PO/WO to the winner supplier after getting the tender committee approval- liaise with requesters/ departmental contacts to ensure timely resolution of queries- Provide status reports to the Procurement Manager on an agreed basis (Open PO’s weekly, PR’s Tracing report monthly..etc.)- Acting as domestic purchase supervisor - Adhoc duties as required covering the day to day operations in the absence of the Procurement Manager- Maintain AICT suppliers database (Supplier appraisal, supplier evaluation, Approved Supplier list)- Monitors all outstanding purchase orders and requisitions to ensure fulfillment or cancellation without loss of funds.

o Procurement System - The procurement main member participate in the Oracle System start up, attending the meetings with IT application team, discuss the manual cycle and the best solution to convert it to Oracle system with the best practices o Procurement Work.- Prepare ,and analyzes requests for quotation (RFQ’s) with Foreign and Local suppliers for efficient Price, Quality and delivery ( logistics point of view ) of Goods and services and evaluate offers/bids - Prepare Executive Summaries with recommended vendors according to AICT policy- Handle warranty /claims and resolve disputes with vendors to gain the best interest - Conduct market survey for registering new suppliers into the approved supplier list- Review all around payments before submit to finance Dept. (complete , accurate and appropriate , discuss and solving financial issues- Review and follow up the Goods delivery on time and the back orders status- Responsible for preparing and updating a daily and monthly report of diesel fuel balance direct to CFO as well as all around the fuel payments and accounts - Responsible for handling All Lubricants and greasing Requests( planning and control the Re Order point and batches through the year) then place the order on Exxon Mobil SAP system- Carries on a continuing relationship with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to remain current and keep abreast of market conditions, pricing, and availability as well as resolving procurement problems
