•18+ years of experience as a talented, results-driven Mechanical Engineering Professional. •Responsible for the Design, internal coordination, project management, and contract administration in Mechanical Systems including HVAC, Fire Protection, Compressed air, Plumbing, Potable Water and Drainage engineering, with select Mechanical components and equipment systems, completing all necessary calculations to ensure compliance with codes, standards, regulations, special industry guidelines.•Fully understands Codes and Standards relevant for the project and is able to communicate all requirements to the internal project team, external project team, owner, and Authorities having Jurisdiction.•Conducted projects from design stage, design review, value engineering, shop drawings and construction until hand over with collaborate with Project Services and operations to produce "Best For Project" designs that are safe, reflect the client's operability requirements first, and are constructible.•Identifying and responding to client needs and requirements, as well as participating in the preparation of proposals and estimates for engineering services, consisting of designers and technicians, in order to ensure the project is completed on time and in accordance with client expectations.•Ensures proper coordination of document with the internal and external project team (architect, interior designer, and other disciplines).•Where requested by the Principal-in-charge or Associate Principal act as contract administrator for designated projects, ensuring timely completion of all contract administration activities for project.•Assist in manpower plans for capital projects as well as provide estimates for engineering output to appropriate clients.•Prepare and deliver various commissioning reports and documentation such as progress reports, functional test procedures, meeting minutes, checklists, issues logs, and commissioning specifications.•Identify potential risks to project completion and develop potential solution.•Plan and monitor the development of mechanical engineering documentation (calculations, analyses, design reports). •Adopt an unconventional approach to site management and use creativity to improve budgets and timelines.•Responds to both technical and financial queries related to the project.•Able to manage multiple projects of varying size and complexity at the same time such as Airports, high-rise residential and commercial buildings, hotels, hospitals, malls, central kitchens and laundries, warehouses, workshops.
