- Teaching Engineering courses like ( programming, Electronics, Electrical Circuits and Electronic measurements).- Teaching online testing diplomas like (C and ISTQB foundation level). - Help students with thier graduation projects.

Main Resposibilities:- Understand and analyze customer and design requirements including identifying any gaps or missing information needed to perform Validation activity.- Participate in setting the testing strategy for a given set of requirements.- Design Validation test groups based on the customer and/or design requirements.- Develop testing plans, test cases, scripts and automation needs to verify that the software meets the customers’ and the high-level requirements.- Test cases execution of test plans for a defined project scope.- Analysis, interpret executed test cases, and confirming that the software behavior respects the requirement documents.- Report findings (SW Bugs) on the configuration management tool.- Consolidate and prepare test reports for customer delivery.- Perform technical reviews on Validation test cases, scripts and reports.- Continuously communicate work progress through attendance of daily & weekly project meetings. (Internal and external with other Valeo sites).- Support his/her colleagues whenever required.- Participate in providing software validation project estimations and technical risk assessment.- Perform hardware analysis and debugging for the ECU/testing environment on need.

- Teaching Electrical Engineering Materials Like Electronics, Circuits, Physics and Programming 1.

- Taking the embedded systems diploma which covers the following topics:1- C programming. 2- Embedded C programming. 3- Embedded Systems basic Concepts. 3- Interfacing ( Understanding and dealing with AVR microcontroller with many components like (LCD, keybad, motors... etc) and writing the drivres of each one. 4- Communication protocols (UART, SPI, I2C). 5- Real time operating systems. 6- Software Testing Basic concepts of ISTQB foundation level. 7- Embedded system tooling 8- Automotive bus tecnologies (CAN, LIN). 9- Softskills and CV writing.

- Managing HR team containing 30 members.- Responsible for applying HR management HR development activities.- Responsible for recruitment process for the team. - Develop new strategies for team monitoring and control.- Develop new reporting methods to provide the team board with suffecient information.- Participate in database creation for the team. - Responsible for training process to develop the team members on project management, marketing, HR and PR fields.

- Participate in planning, monitoring and control and execution of many projects like ( Green Roofs, Handmade and CIB smart wallet campaign).

- Reporting and meeting control activities.

- Successfully completed the summer training program for communication students in the fields of (Telecommunication, Mobile, Antennas and optical fiber technologies).
