Reviewing suppliers’ invoices and matching them with the store’s receiving order and recording their due date to pay.Prepare monthly reports for the supplier's balances and the accrual amounts.Reconcile the accounts payable transactions.Reconcile vendor statements and correct any discrepancies.Track the expenses and process expense reports.Monitor the accounts to ensure that the payments are up to date.Analyze the invoice’s information to allocate it to the right accounts and the right period and prepare entry for any foreign currency difference.Responsible for managing the Operations accounts (sales agent, delivery agent, truck rent & other expenses for operations).Participate in the preparation of needed manner deliverables as per internal/external audit
