· Compiles and analyzes financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Inventory management.· Fund management & cash flow planning.· Inventory Control.· Handling of invoicing, control the collections and Accounts Receivable.· Review and post vendor or petty cash invoices/credit notes, payments disbursements to vendors /petty cash holders & vendors reconciliations.· Maintaining Asset Register and ensure that every addition and disposal of assets are properly done & calculating the depreciation as per the company policy.· Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts.· Preparing monthly financial statements like Income statements, Cash flow & Balance sheets.· Monthly review of budgets with actual in respect of operational and capital budgets.
