Supervision and follow some function in payable & receivable related to cash & banks.Responsible to create any cheque and transfer to payables.Analyze and reports all functions related to cash & banks.Assist and prepare all analysis for all function related to closing.Abide to all related laws, regulations, and the Company’s policies & procedures.Perform other duties as assigned and related to scope of work and profession.Responsible for tracking, maintaining, and overseeing the daily movement of money in and out of a business' cash & banking accountsDaily update of cash position for all bank accounts, and cash box in all stores.Prepare bank reconciliations, investigate and clear reconciling cash/bank items regularly.Responsible for receiving all cash collection and booking with following all returned cheques.Reviews and drives improvements in cash management, ensuring financial obligations are being met in the preset due dates, and in accordance with Company policies and procedures.Cooperate with divisions Managers and area managers to resolve any difficulties concerning outstanding collections and deposits.Communicating with banks to stabilize all transactions and the company acquired credit lines & LoansReview, investigate, and correct errors and inconsistencies in financial transactions, documents, and reports.Tracking and boking all transactions related to cash & banks with analyze.Directing the collectors and bank representatives on daily basis.Analyze and reports all functions related to cash & banks.

Preparing cost sheets, journal entries, Monthly VAT Returns.

All Accounting & Auditing procedures : Journal entries, Tax return, extracting final accounts for co. Using Excel & Peachtree.
