• Calculate installments attachment of the contract.• Record contracts journal entries.• Receive and review cash and checks installments from customers in any currency.• Maintain up-to-date billing system.• Record cash & checks and transfers installments in the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.

- Responsible for maintaining and disbursing petty cash.- Record cash receipts and payments in the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system (oracle).- Writing checks to vendors according to the company’s procedures and on approved requests.- Receive cash and checks installments from customers in any currency.- Daily bank reconciliation to matching between company accounts and customer's deposits.- Give daily reports to the CFO for cash receipts and payments.- Performing any other duties assigned by the superior.

- Record Customers invoices in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system (oracle).- Controlling treasuries & inventories (branches).- Daily matching bank balances with customer's accounts. - Give daily reports to the CFO for the customer's deposits. - Daily follow up of customer accounts to know each customer's indebtedness.- Ability to make deals and negotiation with customers
