Do the necessary to guarantee that Quality rules and procedures are in place in the subcontractors’ organizations. • Participate to 4M review for Quality before start of Installation and T&C. • Ensure of adequate level of quality for FAT, Equipment Installation, T&C.• Problem solving, prevent occurrence of potential defects. • Report cost of non-quality (CONQ) and collect it.• Ensure that subcontractors perform tests and inspections according to the QC plan or ITP.• Conduct on site quality issues investigations and analysis. • Ensure and follow that all tools are calibrated on time.• Perform regular audits and follow resolution of actions in place.• Make sure that all site quality documents are achieved and controlled in the right place, like ITRs, Method statements, test reports, checklists, etc. • Control all reserves come from customer FAT, inspections or testing and follow up with the team the action plans.
