Projects Engineer
Current• Managing projects starting from the Tender initial evaluation, understanding the scope of work, bidding process, tender submission and following up directly with the end-user.• Brief and discuss the project scope/budget/project management plan with relevant stakeholders.• Responsible for Managing projects of equipment repair and spare parts support for French-speaking and English-speaking customers.• Working closely with equipment manufacturers/suppliers, liaising with QA team/warehouse staff to meet the customer’s requirements in the contractual delivery time to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.• Managing the project execution and delivery of all phases.• Maintaining operational and project procurement tracking documentation, communications, and follow-up report to ensure a sustained long-term relationship with the customers.• Handling post-delivery follow-ups and complaints of the Project.• Brief the lesson learned to the management.• Identify business potential, preparing proposals for new business opportunities in the Aviation industry/security solutions technology.
