Responsible for conducting a needs assessment for the Mangrove tree restoration process on the Red sea coastline 2. Responsible for activities related to Mangrove tree restoration in the Red sea coastline 3. Research and Experimenting to determine the optimum environmental conditions for the Mangrove tree4. Periodical reporting to the project manager

Description Project assistant for 2 Funded EU projects, which are DeVilag and SureMap projects. That’s targeting updating the curriculum for 4 Egyptian universities in partnership with 4 European universities for each project. The first project (Devilag) aims to steer migration through sustainable development. And the other one (SureMap) aims to qualify Egyptian universities graduates for a 1.5 million feddan project through MSCs and diplomas degrees in Sustainable Resources management Responsibilities and achievements: 1. Responsible for the SureMap’s project students’ knowledge gaps assessment to build the new curriculum based on its results. The work included conducting interviews with university professors, professionals in the field, research centers representatives, ministry of Agriculture representatives, sending questionnaires to the students, then analyzing and reporting2. Responsible for conducting dissemination activities for the 2 projects, such as webinars, seminars, conferences, social media posts. 3. Responsible for conducting face-to-face and online training programs in the areas of projects’ focus, such as (Sustainable development, education for sustainable development, WEF nexus, modern agriculture, entrepreneurship, migration, etc.) 4. Quality review for the updated curriculum and making sure it follows projects guideline 5. Co-coordinating different activities in the “WEF Technologies Diploma.” which is an output of one of the projects 6. Responsible for evaluation and quality audit for the two educational programs that came out from the projects, including communicating with students, developing evaluation forms, data analysis, and reporting the result7. Direct a MOOC (massive open online course) about “Modern Agriculture Techniques” for one of the projects including (Video recording, Video editing, data visualization)

Responsibilities: 1. Deliver training sessions on modern agriculture techniques.2. Develop training aids (such as handouts and manuals)3. Evaluate the training process and periodical reporting4. Help in the center research activities 5. Responsible for “Water academy professionals capacity building program” requirement and selection process
