• Develop and monitor the operations cycle and prepare the financial statements with their analysis: -
• Ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of all financial records, ensuring all income and liabilities are accurately recorded and expenses vs the budget, are reconciled and reviewed.
• Prepare and record adjustment entries and monitor and manage the AR through the third-party
• Performs and prepare monthly, quarterly & yearly end-closing procedures, reports & analyzing transactions as specified.
• Create an integrated accounting system, starting from daily entries to financial statements with their analysis through Excel.
• Create & develop a complete cycle for all company departments according to finance SOPs.

• Controlling & analysing all trial balance accounts and ensuring applying accounting standards according to IFRS: -
• Prepare monthly key balance sheet reconciliations and analysis.
• Ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of all financial records, ensuring all income and liabilities are accurately recorded, reconciled and reviewed.
• Prepare and record adjustment entries and monitor & handle taxation matters.
• Performs monthly, quarterly & yearly end closing procedures, reports & analyzing transactions as specified.
• Managing and monitoring CHQs, Notes receivable and payable Transactions in addition to a general and subsidiary treasury fund.

• Controlling the expense accounts and ensuring applying accounting standards and department SOPs: -
• Review all received expenses sent from the branch finance supervisor comparing with the finance SOPs and review it with the budget to maintain the company's rights, Classify and analyze expenses.
• Prepare and review the accrual expenses & pre-paid every month to ensure maintaining the company's rights by reviewing employees’ compensations & benefits
• Develop loan reports & consignments and follow up instalments' due date payments with the concerned employees.

• Responsible for managing the full AP cycle, including invoice processing, payment, and vendor reconciliation: -
• Handling all (expenses & payments) for all Utilities, staff welfare and loan expenses.
• Process all indirect expenses and payments for employees, factory (Visa expenses, Social & Medical insurance, Mobile expenses, etc.)
• Negotiations with banks for selling & purchasing foreign currency & B.charges (USD-EUR-EGP) currencies.
• Reviewing and processing all GRNs and POs for all the (General goods including Spare Parts & Chemicals).
• Release payments to suppliers by CHQs or TTs and Issue WH Tax deductions reports (1%-3%-5%).
