- Running legal operation in the company including the distribution of tasks to the legal members and perform second eye revision after legal members; as to maintain the accuracy of all documents before top management signatures.- Assist upper management and all other functions by providing legal advices in all matters.- Provide legal protection and risk assessment advice to management and liaise with relevant departments to ensure that all legal risks have been identified and appropriate courses of action have been taken.- Safeguard the company’s interests and rights by assuring that all corporate activities adheres to the applicable Egyptian laws and complying with the TRA directives.- Diligently Draft/review/amend various types of documents that worth Billions in different currencies.- Arranging for Board/GAMs/EGAMs including the preparation of the documentation and attestation.- Main participant in company's direct investments and mega projects committees to ensure timely compliance with all Egyptian laws and other contractual obligations including the revision of all related documents/licenses in addition to related legal advises/researches.- Perform legal researches to stay up-to-date.- Main participant in drafting company process and policies along with other departments (HR attendance , code of conduct, investigation policy, leave policy, conflict of interest policy...etc.).- Participate in the formation of required committee/investigations to assist in taking the right legal decisions in compliance with the Egyptian law and the organization internal cods.- Analyze and follow up the legal services provided by the external law firms - Interfacing with TRA, Egyptian Competition Authority and Consumer Protection Authority.- Contribute in the various types of negotiations with the government, contractors, suppliers…etc.- Managing and supervising all activities of the legal staff in both corporate and litigation sections and prepare annual assessment

 Maintain and monitor all legal operations in both corporate & litigation sections. Safeguard the company’s interests and rights by assuring that all corporate activities adhere to the applicable Kuwaiti laws. Assist upper management and all other functions by providing legal advices in all matters. Diligently Draft/review/amend various types of documents; in a manner that maintains the highest standards of accuracy and quality. Organize cases schedule, procedures, judgments, appeals if any; and maintain all documentation related to the same. Serve the organization by managing legal cases, supporting legal proceedings, executing final judgments. Protecting the organization trademarks; by establishing trademarks policy, filing/finalizing applications, litigating related infringements-if any…etc. Perform legal researches to stay up-to-date. Contribute in the various types of negotiations with the government, contractors, suppliers…etc. Analyze and follow up the legal services provided by the external law firms.
