•Discuss all job vacancies with the appropriate Managers to ascertain the job profile and personality traits required for the job •Manages human resources operations by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining staff; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing staff job contributions; maintaining compensation; determining production, productivity, quality, and customer-service strategies; designing systems; accumulating resources; resolving problems; implementing change.•Coach and counsel employees and advice Managers on good Human Resources Practices.•Screens and recommends applicants for employment in the property.•Develops organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction; establishing human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives.• Assists with the induction and orientation of all new employees in accordance with the Hotel •Updates job knowledge by participating in conferences and educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.•Assists in the administration of training programs for employees.•investigating and reviews all disciplinary actions to ensure Hotel policies and procedures are followed.•Assists in implementing and monitoring effective employee relations program.• Inspects regularly employee housing, and other employee facilities to ensure they are well operated and maintained.•Assists in the developing and implementing programs to ensure employee security and safety are maintained (fire, health, hygiene and safety).•Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.•Performs related duties and specials projects as assigned.
