Architectural Design of buildings (Residential–Commercial-Religious) • Collect ideas that suit the project and the client’s needs, Develop, and submit design proposals. • Conducting architectural studies and developing design concepts according to the type of project. • Putting the design idea in a preliminary image of the project, the master plan (master plan). • Preparing preliminary sketches for the project for all floor plans, along with developing a facade design plan and making preliminary sketches for it. • Generate innovative and practical design concepts that match project requirements. • Responsible for producing 2D architectural working drawings including all project details, considering interior construction, lighting and furnishings when creating space plans. • Responsible for producing 3D architectural working drawings (external views and landscapes). • Working on multiple types of projects: residential, commercial, administrative, and religious. • Effectively present design concepts to clients, project teams, and other stakeholders to deliver an excellent product that satisfies the client and brings success to my organization and to myself. • Familiar with local and international standards and building codes (such as International Building Design Code, NFPA, Saudi Building Code and other building and safety requirements). • Building requirements in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Wadi Hanifa Code requirements.

Owner's Palace Project with (60,000) Square meter at Irqah • Research to provide models of the best palaces in the world, present them to the owner, present ideas from them, and apply them to the project. • Modifying designs and plans to suit the client's needs. Review the content and presentations presented, discuss them with the owner, evaluate ideas, and provide feedback to the team. • Coordination between the owner and the designer office, verifying the activities of workers involved in preparing drawings and specification documents for the conceptual design phase, schematic design phase and detailed design phase of the project. • Site visits and assistance with construction supervision.

Interior & Exterior Design (3D Modeling Design) • Responsible for architectural drawings (interior DESIGN& Exterior Design). • Architectural design work using 2D and 3D design tools. • Working on multiple types of projects commercial. • Design concepts that match project requirements using 3D design tools. • Develops Architectural 3D designs to ensure an outstanding design solution is delivered that meets quality parameters, project timelines, and budgetary requirements.

Interior Design (3D Modeling Design) • Responsible for producing three-dimensional architectural working drawings (interior views). The interior design officer works on many things, including lighting distribution and furnishings, selecting materials when creating views of the space to be designed. • Create a template board for the materials used in the project that is appropriate for the type of project and the client’s choices. • Choose the furniture elements used in the design. • Putting the design idea of the space in a preliminary image of the project using 3D design tools to the master plan. • Coordination between the design team including electrical and mechanical diagram designers. • Generate innovative and practical design concepts that match project requirements using 3D design tools.
