• Coordinating quotes with sales packs• Preparing reports for sales department.• Play a supporting role in the annual price increase process – e.g. reporting on contractual exceptions and business exceptions• Receive inquiries as backup to Field Sales and/or Strategic Account Managers (Customer Facing Sales)• Support Premier Sales Executives, Business Development Executives and/or Key Account Managers to ensure that they have as much customer facing time as possible• Determine customer requirements to act quickly in responding to their Customer requests • Responsible for creating on following up on quotations • Strictly adhere to all Processes and Guidelines, particularly when it comes to quoting

• Interface with different teams within corporate Sales to facilitate their selling activities & highlight any related issues.• Interface and connect the sales team “corporate and consumer sectors” with ware house handling all issues regarding electronics availability.• Interfacing also with finance department validating all bills and payments. • Working with logistics team as well.• Interfacing with legal team to make sure of contracts with our partners aligning with them and sales team as well.

• Interface with different teams within corporate Sales to facilitate their selling activities & highlight any related issues.• Interface with Activation, Credit, IT in handling any issues related to contracts processing assuring meeting the agreed SLA.• Handling the inquiries from existing and new clients and provide details about the products offered by them via e-mails• Revise the sales deals to assure its matching with the company policies and procedures.• Responsible for sending daily and weekly reports to channel managers.• Responsible on Contracts stamping & archiving.• Follow up on any errors raised in the quality report with Activation teams.
