As one of the SaaS products offered by Idekavan Group, Vitrin is an Iranian ecommerce platform that helps SMBs start, grow, and manage their businesses online. As marketing team lead, I did the following:• Managing a team of 5 passionate people, including: performance marketer, social media specialist, graphic designer, creative art director, and product marketer.• Devising, planning & executing a guerilla marketing campaign together with our sales team with the goal of increasing brand awareness. The whole process lasted about 6 months during which the number of merchants using Vitrin almost doubled.• Working alongside our product team to improve the user onboarding process which eventually resulted in the trial-to-purchase conversion rate being tripled in 3 months.

-Tracking, reporting, and optimizing the performance of Vitrin merchants' websites using a combination of GTM, GA, and Google Data Studio;-Managing Google Ads search campaigns for acquiring new merchants;-Writing content for blog & social media.
