1.Recruitment :• Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.• Perform recruitment for all types “white and blue collars”.• Screening resumes.• Setting appointments for Face-to-face interviews.• Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.• Administering appropriate company assessments to ensure placing the right candidate.• Following up on the interview process status.• Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are Achieved.• Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process.• Conducting exit interviews on terminating employees.2. Payroll:• Preparing employees’ attendance sheet.• Adding the employees’ overtime, bonuses and deductions besides the social and medical insurance and taxes.• Responsible for preparing monthly fully payroll report.• Sending the employees’ pay slips including all salary details and deductions.3. Personnel responsibilities:• Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and resignations.• Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees.• Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, workingConditions, promotion opportunities, etc.• Addressing any employment relations issues, such as work complaints and harassment allegations.• Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval.• Receive the employee’s vacations and sick leaves and permissions.

• Handling the customers’ inquires and issues “technical & payment “.• Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.• Cancel or upgrade accounts.• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
